Our Domestic Missionaries receive salaries through individually raised funds. Learn more about their roles with Homestead. Please consider supporting Dacia and Andrea.
Dacia Whiteley - Care Coordinator, Manhattan
Dacia served with Homestead as the Aftercare Coordinator and House Manager from 2017 - 2020. She is joining Homestead again as the Care Coordinator. Her passion and heart is for all to come to know the immense and gracious love of God. She is excited to once again meet survivors where they are at: to be the compassionate hands, willing feet, and loving heart of Christ. She is trusting that the Lord will provide her monthly salary by calling His people to graciously give. Would you prayerfully consider being a part of her team by supporting her financially?
Andrea Carter - Manhattan House Manager and Job Apprenticeship Coordinator for Manhattan and Salina
Andrea is a survivor of sex trafficking and is a graduate of The Homestead program. Her love, compassion and appreciation for the program propelled her to join our staff as one of our House Managers in Manhattan. She is also raising support as a domestic missionary for her position as the Job Apprentice Coordinator in both Manhattan and Salina.
Andrea is a mother of three and lives with her two youngest sons. She is enjoying the blessing of restoration as God not only brought her personal healing and purpose, but also helped her experience restoration with her children, who spent years in foster care. She dreams of one day running her own coffee shop that employs and empowers women survivors.
