Andrea Carter is one of the House Managers in Manhattan. Andrea is a survivor of sex trafficking and is a graduate of the Homestead Program. Her love, compassion and appreciation for the program has propelled her to join our staff. She is looking forward to seeing how God will use her within Homestead Ministries as well as the community.
