HOUSE MANAGER
Summary: Live at the Homestead house as the Senior Homesteader. General oversight of the property (inside & outside) and general oversight of residents.
Minimum Maturity Level: Stable, mature Christ-follower
Spiritual Gifts: Love, Shepherding, Teaching, Wisdom
Talents or Abilities Desired: Good boundaries, ability to listen, flexibility, dependability, consistent, good role model, organized.
Best Personality Traits: Extroverted, motivational, balanced, friendly, non-judgmental, soft yet firm when needed
Passion for: ​ministering to and having a heart for women who have exited the sex industry, understanding their special needs, especially at this re-entry phase of the recovery process
Anticipated Time Commitments: 

The House Manager Positions is a two-person model.  One week 24/7 and off one week 24/7. Participating in meetings/trainings: 1 hour with Executive Director weekly


VOLUNTEER & JOB APPRENTICESHIP COORDINATOR
Summary: Upon approval of Homestead volunteers, overseeing on-boarding, involvement, reporting & supervision of all volunteers. Actively recruiting sites for job apprenticeships in 3 counties, overseeing site interviews, placement of Homesteaders at sites, reporting of progress, and correspondence with active & inactive job apprenticeship sites. Providing assistance, guidance, and support for Homestead Plus sites once a Homesteader and child(ren) are placed; maintain positive connection with Homestead Plus sites during non-placement seasons
Minimum Maturity Level: Christ-follower
Spiritual Gifts: Leadership, Administration, Knowledge, Exhortation, Shepherding
Talents or Abilities Desired: Good boundaries, dependability, good communication skills, detail-oriented
Best Personality Traits: Motivational, Leader, Friendly
Passion for: Getting talented people in the best volunteer slots to utilize their gifts/abilities and to fulfill their passions. To walk alongside volunteers to enhance their volunteer experience and to provide accountability for their integrity; Finding the Homesteaders a safe, healthy training environment/experience for them to learn the skills needed for a new career path; Walking alongside both Homesteader and job apprenticeship site to assist both in order to ensure a fabulous experience and outcome. Ensuring that Homestead Plus sites and Homesteader/kid(s) have a wonderful, supportive experience together & enhancing their connection with the Homestead house/occupants.
Length of Service: Minimum of one year
Anticipated Time Commitments: 
  • Time spent with people
  • Follow-up calls, texts, emails, etc.
  • Site visits/appointments


SOCIAL & AFTERCARE COORDINATOR
Summary: Planning, organizing, and facilitating fun activities for individual and entire group of Homestead ladies on a consistent basis. Includes Homestead Plus ladies and child(ren). Consistent follow-up with all Homestead graduates twice monthly, reporting prayer requests, needs and status to Executive Director. Quarterly connection with former Homesteaders who did not graduate.
Minimum Maturity Level: Christ-follower
Spiritual Gifts: Leadership, Shepherding, Service, Exhortation
Talents or Abilities Desired: Good boundaries, dependability, good role model, good communication skills, non-judgmental, good driving habits, organizational skills
Best Personality Traits: Motivational, Fun, Friendly, Patient
Passion for: Ministering to and having fun with ladies who have the desire to change their lives and change how they have fun; Providing new and healthy ways to socialize and spend time with other females in various social settings
Length of Service: Minimum of one year
Anticipated Time Commitments: 
  • Planning and implementing activities
  • phone, text, and email communication
